Management Trainee Program

Jordan Grad Trainee

"I came to Sims Metal Management from a manufacturing company where I was an Industrial Engineer, but somewhat limited in my exposure to the overall, larger business. I wanted to take my career in a different direction and experience a new industry. Sims Metal Management’s Management Trainee Program enabled me to gain valuable industry experience – from the ground level to the executive level – so that I would become familiar with every aspect of their business. That’s the type of experience that normally takes years to gain…Since completing the program I’ve taken a position in the National Purchasing Department working as the National Asset Coordinator. – Jordan Glastein, Management Trainee 2007-2008"
