Sims Plastics through its operations in Melbourne recycles a range plastics, including High and Low Density Polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE) and Polypropylene (PP). The division is a major recycler of post consumer plastics as well as plastics from the automotive industry.

Product is manufactured to customer’s strict specifications and packaged in either 25kg bags or one tonne bulker bags for delivery throughout Australia.

Sims Plastics also sorts and packages various grades of scrap plastic for sale to local or overseas markets through Sims Metal Managements global trading infrastructure.

The Melbourne operation is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.
